Job Description Job Description Kitchen & Bath Sales Designer DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen – Union Grove, WI About the Role · DreamMaker Bath & Kitchen in Union Grove, WI is seeking a sales-focused Kitchen & Bath Designer to join our growing team. · This is a client-facing role where your primary responsibility is to sell full-scope remodeling projects by guiding homeowners through the design and decision-making process. · This position is based in our showroom with flexibility to work from home as needed. · If you're confident in the sales process, love working with people, and have a sharp eye for detail - we want to hear from you! Key Responsibilities · Meet with clients in the showroom and on-site to understand project needs · Create and present kitchen & bath designs using design software (2020 experience a plus) · Present detailed proposals and lead clients through material selections · Build strong client relationships and close remodeling projects with confidence · Manage budgets, proposals, and contracts with accuracy and clarity · Collaborate with the production team for a seamless handoff after the sale · Maintain an organized sales pipeline and follow-up process What We're Looking For · Proven sales experience (required) · Experience working with clients or managing a client base · Strong communication and presentation skills · Mathematically inclined and detail-oriented · Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple active sales · Kitchen & bath design or remodeling experience is preferred but not required · Familiarity with 2020 Design software is a plus Work Environment · Primarily showroom-based with flexibility to work from home · Friendly, team-oriented atmosphere · Quality leads and design support provided Compensation & Benefits · Base salary commission · 401(k) with company match · Medical, dental, and vision insurance · Paid time off and holidays · Opportunity to grow within a respected and design-focused remodeling company
