We’re on the lookout for a skilled and driven Used Car Buyer to help us acquire quality inventory and work our Kelly Blue Book leads. This is a fantastic opportunity for a results-oriented professional with experience in online sales to take on a pivotal role in driving our department’s success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Must be able to effectively manage 150 - 200 leads monthly through email, chat, and phone to convert leads into appointments.
• Use consultative selling skills to explain why customers should sell their vehicles to us.
• Conduct thorough inspections of vehicles to assess value in “as-is” condition.
• Handle all required documentation to complete the purchase process efficiently.
• Follow up with sellers to ensure any remaining balances are settled.
• Report to the Sales Manager regarding objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses.
• Bring a positive attitude and your “A-game” to work every single day!

What We’re Looking For:

• Flexible availability, including weekends.
• Proven experience in internet sales or online customer service (automotive industry experience is a plus).
• A self-starter mentality with an ambitious spirit.
• Eagerness to learn and adapt quickly to new product knowledge.
• Ability to work independently, handle multiple customer inquiries, and prioritize tasks effectively.
• Proficiency with digital sales tools, CRM systems, and online chat platforms.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Exceptional communication skills with both customers and team members.
• Professional appearance and demeanor.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
