We are seeking an entry level Associate Engineer to support our Manufacturing and Process team, located at our Camden, Arkansas facility.
Under direct supervision:
35% - Assist with technical oversight and troubleshooting of complex operations involved in the manufacture of insulation components, insulated rocket motor cases, composite rocket motor components, propellant formulations, and rocket motor assembly operation.
35% - Create, prepare, and maintain detailed planning (Standard Operating Procedures) for the manufacture of rocket warhead components.
20% - Perform hands on pilot operations for manufacture of new inert or energetic components, and development program components and assemblies.
5% - Accurately report problems, solutions and results, in concise written and oral communications.
5% - Perform mathematical calculations for geometric checks and chemical mixtures.
Requires a Bachelor's degree in an appropriate discipline, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
