We're looking for a Junior Document Controller to join a team in downtown Calgary for a 12-month contract.

Job Description:

• Develop and maintain document filing systems and Master Document Registers.
• Support Capital Projects and Operations Document Control process.
• Work collaboratively to develop and implement transitional and improvement plans.
• Assess the quality of various documents and drawings, steward corrections.
• Establish Document Controls Multi-Project network and maintain effective communications.
• Coordinates and directs External Document Controllers.
• Document Controls compliance tracking, various reporting updates.
• Tracks and stewards document and drawing iterations and Transmittals.
• Continually improve Document Control Guidelines.
• Full-time, 40 hours per week in the Calgary Office,12 Month Term

Candidate Requirements:

• Require a minimum of 5 years’ experience, with a history of working with EPCM consultants, preferably in Industrial, Oil and Gas, or Pipelines industries.
• Experience with SharePoint and Aconex is preferred.
• Self-starter with abilities to solve problems independently.

Extras

• $30.00 - $32.00 hourly
• Location: Downtown Calgary
• Monday to Thursday in-office, Fridays WFH
• Schedule: 8:30am to 5pm
• 12-month contract
