Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct written discovery and manage document review processes
• Take and defend depositions
• Draft pleadings, motions, and legal memoranda
• Participate in mediations, arbitrations, and court appearances
• Assist lead attorneys in preparing for and participating in trials

Qualifications:
• 1–3 years of experience in commercial litigation
• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with strong academic credentials
• Licensed and in good standing with the Texas Bar
• Excellent research and writing skills
• Strong communication and collaboration abilities
• Capable of managing multiple assignments in a fast-paced environment
