For more information, visit us at Job Title: Junior Business Analyst Job Duties: Create business process flows, workflow diagrams, user documentation and training for WMS Daily support to users, as needed Recommend controls, operational improvements and best practices after studying and evaluating system and business processes and functions Liaise between Business Process Owners, Implementation/Service Partners and Management Active role in each phase of System Development Lifecycle; Planning, System Analyses, System Design, Development, Implementation, Integration, Testing and Operations and Maintenance.
