Maintenance Technician – Full-Time Position at Mountain Park Racquet Club

Are you a hands-on problem solver with an eye for detail and a passion for keeping facilities in top-notch condition? Mountain Park Racquet Club is seeking a dedicated and reliable Maintenance Technician to join our team full-time. Help us ensure our club remains a welcoming, clean, and safe space for members and guests year-round.

About the Role As a Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness, functionality, and overall appearance of the facility. This vital role ensures our club continues to operate smoothly and maintains the high standards our members expect.

What You’ll Do

• Complete daily janitorial tasks to maintain cleanliness and a polished appearance throughout the facility.
• Report and assist in addressing repairs, such as broken or damaged equipment.
• Stock towels in locker rooms and rotate wash/dry loads throughout your shift.
• Perform daily pool and spa maintenance to ensure safe operations.
• Maintain patio and picnic furniture in safe operating condition.
• Ensure cleanliness of parking lots, grounds, and all exterior trash receptacles.
• Manage water coolers, keeping them clean and stocked daily.
• Prepare the facility for year-round safety—de-ice sidewalks in winter and control yellow jackets in summer.
• Monitor janitorial supply inventory and place orders as needed.
• Provide support for special events, assisting the General Manager and Department Heads.
• Comply with company policies and procedures outlined in the employee guidebook.

Who We’re Looking For

• A team player who can work independently with minimal supervision.
• At least 1 year of janitorial experience.
• Able to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining a professional appearance.
• Physically capable of standing, walking, bending, and lifting up to 50 lbs. for extended periods.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to follow both verbal and written instructions.
• Willingness to work varied shifts.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license for occasional off-site errands.
