Position Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and proactive End User Support Analyst to join our Information Technology team. In this role, you will troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues, provide in-depth support for various technology systems, and ensure that our staff, attorneys, and clients receive the highest level of service. You will work collaboratively with firm-wide IT teams, application owners, vendors, and others to resolve technical issues and implement technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

End User Support:

  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues for desktop applications, both onsite and remotely.
  • Provide technical support for desktop and notebook computers (PC and Mac), system peripherals, mobile devices (iPhones, iPads), printers, and other office technology.
  • Manage system configurations and ensure the preservation of user data, following firm policies and procedures.
  • Log incidents and requests into the ticket management system, ensuring timely resolution and communication with end users.
  • Collaborate with analysts, vendors, and application owners to integrate appropriate solutions.
  • Assist with user account management, creating and modifying accounts as necessary.
  • Provide desk-side and remote training for staff on standard firm hardware, software, and specialized applications.
  • Participate in firm projects that enhance client services and the technology experience for attorneys and staff.

Trial & Off-Site Support:

  • Provide hardware and software support during offsite meetings, trials, and events.
  • Set up and troubleshoot off-site infrastructure (routers, switches, servers) to ensure smooth event execution.

Conference Room and Hardware Support:

  • Manage and respond to requests for conference room technology, ensuring flawless setups and seamless service.
  • Schedule, coordinate, and provide support for video/audio conferences, ensuring optimal user experiences.
  • Assist with the onboarding process by setting up technology for new hires and supporting office moves and upgrades.

About You:
We are looking for a dynamic individual who has the following qualifications:

  • Education : Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field (preferred), or equivalent experience.
  • Experience : Minimum of five years of experience in IT support, with a strong understanding of LAN/WAN infrastructure and server environments.
  • Skills : Proficiency in Windows operating systems and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Certifications : Relevant industry certifications (e.g., CompTIA, Microsoft, ITIL) preferred.
  • Experience in a Law Firm : Prior experience working in a law firm or professional services environment is a plus.
