We’re looking for an experienced Irrigation Manager to lead our irrigation division, ensuring top-quality installation, maintenance, and repair services for our clients. If you’re a hands-on leader who knows irrigation systems inside and out and can motivate a team to deliver exceptional results, we want to hear from you!
What You’ll Do:
Lead and mentor the irrigation team
Plan and manage daily/seasonal irrigation schedules
Troubleshoot and repair systems
Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and budget goals
Communicate with clients and resolve service needs
What We’re Looking For:
5+ years irrigation experience, 2+ years in a leadership role
Strong technical knowledge of irrigation systems and controllers
Great organizational and communication skills
Valid driver’s license (clean record)
Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
