Position Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented individual to support our sales and marketing efforts. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys customer interaction, and has a knack for organization and communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Support:
    • Respond to inbound inquiries and provide product recommendations and cross sell opportunities
    • Prepare and follow up on quotes, orders, and customer requests.
    • Make outbound sales calls and send targeted emails to generate sales growth and strengthen client relationships.
    • Maintain customer records and assist with account management and sales team.
    • Coordinate with logistics and warehouse teams to ensure timely delivery.
    • Work with purchasing to help identify inventory demands related to new business sales forecasts.
  • Marketing Coordination:
    • Assist in developing promotional materials, product flyers, and digital assets.
    • Manage and grow social media presence across platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, etc.).
    • Update and maintain website content, including product listings and news.
    • Coordinate email marketing campaigns and newsletters.
    • Support trade show planning, booth setup, and promotional giveaways.
    • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform strategy.
    • Track marketing performance metrics and report actionable insights.
    • Collaborate with vendors and partners on co-branded promotions.
    • Assist in developing promotional materials and campaigns.
    • Manage social media accounts and digital content updates.
    • Support trade show planning and execution.

  • Customer Engagement:
    • Build strong relationships with the sales team and clients.
    • Provide product education and support for customer and sales inquiries.
    • Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally.

Qualifications:

  • 2+ years of experience in sales, marketing, or customer service (preferably in building supply sectors).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be creative and open to new ideas and resources
  • Able to quickly adapt and learn in any environment and market conditions
  • Tech Savvy and have basic graphic design experience
  • Understand where AI can step in to support business growth
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Knowledge of fasteners or construction products is an asset.
