Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Heating, Ventilation, and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Installer Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC systems, mechanical knowledge, and experience in installation and maintenance. This role involves working with various HVAC equipment, ensuring that installations are completed efficiently and to the highest standards.
Install, maintain, and repair HVAC systems including air conditioning units and refrigeration systems.
Read and interpret schematics and blueprints to understand system designs.
Conduct field service calls to troubleshoot issues and perform necessary repairs on HVAC equipment.
Utilize tools such as ohmmeters and welding equipment for installation and repairs.
Collaborate with other technicians to ensure efficient project completion.
Provide excellent customer service by communicating effectively with clients regarding their HVAC needs.
Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used during installations.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards during all installations and repairs.
Willing to be cross-trained in other fields such as electrical or plumbing, etc.
Experience
Proven experience as an HVAC Installer Technician or in a similar role.
Familiarity with HVAC design principles and property maintenance practices.
Experience working with refrigeration.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
A valid driver's license is required.
Must hold a valid tradesman license.
