We’re looking for a driven *Mechanical Construction HVAC Superintendent* to join our team and help lead field operations on complex builds. *What You’ll Do*
* Oversee the installation of HVAC systems on commercial construction sites.
* Manage daily job site activities, schedules, and subcontractor coordination.
* Supervise and support HVAC crews, ensuring safety and quality standards are met.
* Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and mechanical plans.
* Act as the on-site point of contact for clients, project managers, and vendors.
* Solve field challenges quickly and effectively to keep projects on track.
* Monitor and enforce site safety protocols and OSHA compliance.
*What We're Looking For*
* *5+ years* of experience as an HVAC Foreman (pipefitting, sheet metal, or technician roles).
* Proficient in blueprint and schematic reading.
* Solid understanding of *hydronic and duct systems*.
* Strong scheduling and job coordination skills.
* Experience with project management software (Fieldwire, Procore, Autodesk).
* Excellent communication and leadership skills.
*Nice to Have*
* OSHA 30 Certification
* Valid Driver’s License
* Bilingual (a plus but not required)

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $28.00 - $44.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 45 per week
