We are seeking a skilled and customer-focused HVAC Service Technician to join our team. This role involves diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in residential and commercial settings. As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing high-quality service to customers in their homes and businesses, ensuring that all HVAC issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. You will also be required to be on-call occasionally after regular business hours for emergency repairs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Diagnose, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and ventilation systems.
• Perform routine maintenance services, including cleaning, inspecting, and testing HVAC equipment to ensure optimal operation.
• Communicate with customers to explain the nature of the issues and offer appropriate solutions.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with local HVAC codes and safety regulations.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and a company vehicle in good working condition.
• Accurately complete work orders, invoices, and reports for each job.
• Respond to emergency service calls and be available for occasional on-call shifts after business hours.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a HVAC Technician or similar role.
• Valid HVAC license (if required by local regulations).
• Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, codes, and safety standards.
• Ability to troubleshoot and solve HVAC issues quickly and effectively.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor, including lifting, bending, and working in confined spaces.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
