Your New Role:

We are looking for an energetic manager to coach, educate, engage, and help grow our service technicians. Must have excellent communication skills to interact with both our employees and our customers. We are offering up to a $5,000 sign on bonus for this position. Pay that values your skills, experience, and ambition:
- Pay of $130,000+ per year with incentives depending on skills and experience.
Now, let's talk about your responsibilities:
- Coaching HVAC technicians on daily performance. Mentor them to be the best they can be.
- Assist technicians in diagnosing complex issues.
- Completing scheduled service calls and other tasks promptly. Some time will be spent in the field running calls and some will be in office.
- Rotate in the on call schedule to respond to emergency after hours calls
- Safely and courteously driving company vehicles
- Track materials and maintain inventory
- Communicating effectively with customers, providing solutions and quotes
- Maintaining a professional appearance and demeanor

Job requirements
- 3+ years of HVAC Technician experience required
- Some management experience preferred
- Commitment to safety protocols and compliance with heating and air conditioning codes and regulations
- Ability to pass a thorough background check and drug screening
- Positive attitude, customer-centric approach, and ability to work collaboratively
