Are you a seasoned HVAC installer with an eye for detail and a passion for problem-solving? If so, we have the perfect opportunity for you. We are seeking a dedicated, experienced HVAC installer to join our team in the construction industry. This role is ideal for a motivated, self-starter with a strong technical background in HVAC systems. The successful candidate will be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential and light commercial settings. The working hours are full-time, and the position is permanent.

Responsibilities:

As an HVAC installer, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and cooling units for both residential and light commercial customers.
2. Diagnosing and repairing HVAC systems including heat pumps, furnaces, and air conditioning systems.
3. Installing HVAC systems according to design specifications and safety guidelines.
4. Reading and interpreting blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings.
5. Providing excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.
6. Collaborating with team members and construction professionals to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
7. Documenting service and installation actions by completing forms, reports, logs, and records.
8. Ensuring all installations are accurate, serviceable, and meet the requirements of the job specifications and codes.
9. Maintaining company vehicles, equipment, and tools in good working order.

Qualifications:

To be considered for this position, you should possess the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 7 years of experience as an HVAC installer or a similar role.
2. Proven experience with equipment installation in residential and light commercial settings, boiler systems a plus.
3. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
4. Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics.
5. Strong understanding of HVAC operations, including installation, maintenance, and repair.
6. Exceptional problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
7. Excellent customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
8. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
9. Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy equipment.
10. EPA certification
