Position: Senior HR Generalist – Spanish bilingual
Location: Motley, MN
Pay Range: $59,280 – $80,000

What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to HR partner for operations teams—drive policy administration and implement programs that matter
  • Collaborate with managers to identify staffing needs and craft accurate, compelling job descriptions
  • Own the hiring process: post jobs, recruit, interview, and select top talent
  • Lead onboarding and training initiatives to set employees up for success
  • Maintain accurate employee records and handle exit interviews with professionalism
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience: 3+ years in HR, including 2+ years in Employee Relations and Policy administration
  • Language Skills: English and Spanish proficiency, must be able to read, write, and speak
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
