PRMG is looking for an experienced HR Clerk to join our HR team at PRMG. This role will be onsite at our Miami Branch located in Zip Code area of 33155. The person in this role can graduate to an onsite/hybrid-remote working model.

Salary: $18/hr. - $21/hr.

Job Summary:

• Be a HR liaison between front line managers and the PRMG corporate department
• Create offer letter details and offer letters
• Assist in completing Payroll tasks
• Process Payroll Action Forms
• Manage onboarding for new hires

Qualifications:

• 4-year degree preferred in Human Resources, Law, or Business (Preferred Not Required)
• Hands-on knowledge of computer systems and software applications related to personnel and benefit administration
• Organize data, maintain records and prepare reports
• Use computer systems and software packages related to personnel and benefits administration
• Establish and maintain cooperative working relationships
