Job Description

The UKG Kronos HRIS Analyst is pivotal in supporting the administration and continuous upgrade maintenance of our UKG Kronos system from an HRIS perspective. This role requires providing both technical and functional support, developing user guides, testing and gathering feedback to pinpoint opportunities for system improvements. Collaboration is key, and the analyst will work closely with both HRIS, Comp, Payroll and IT teams to streamline processes, implement system enhancements, and stay abreast of UKG Kronos updates and best practices. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible for developing and maintaining custom reports and dashboards to support HR operations. By analyzing HR data to identify trends, the analyst helps inform strategic decisions. They also play a critical role in ensuring compliance with data privacy and security regulations, working hand-in-hand with our IT partners.

Qualifications:
Minimum Education
  • Bachelor's Degree Business, Information Systems or related field is required. OR 5 years in HR department experience or equivalent of training and experience.
Minimum Work Experience
  • 5 years System administrator in HRIS systems (PeopleSoft, Workday, Oracle or SAP database preferred), five years of experience in data analysis. (Required)
Functional Accountabilities:
Data Management and Reporting
  • Assist users with extracting HR/Payroll records from HRIS various applications.
  • Research, prepare reports and system documentation materials; respond to data requests and create reports as needed; provide data analysis.
  • Prepare and distribute monthly, annual and adhoc reports.
  • Research data entry issues and respond appropriately to resolve.
  • Ensure integrity and security of employee data.
  • Assist, with the daily administration of PeopleSoft applications and improve the quality and usability of the data and system.
User Support & Experience
  • Provide first level support for all end users.
  • Provide functional support for all HRIS applications (i.e PeopleSoft, Taleo, Cornerstone etc.).
  • Assists in development of SOP & Training resources for ongoing client needs.
System Optimization and Problem Resolution
  • Research, support, troubleshoot HRIS system issues.
  • Assist the HR team to identify issues, probable solutions and delivery of HRIS application solutions that are practical and effective in their overall support of the CNMC mission.
  • Assist the HR team in the research, evaluation, planning, and implementation of new HRIS modules that will enhance the functionality of HR systems.
Project Management
  • Assist the HR team in the research, evaluation, planning, and implementation of new PeopleSoft modules that will enhance the functionality of HRIS systems.
Non-Essential Function
