Job Description

We are seeking a trustworthy, reliable, detail-oriented housekeeper to help maintain our family home on a weekly basis. This is a consistent, long-term opportunity for the right person. Location: Ballantyne area, Charlotte, NC Home Details: Approximately 5,000 sq ft 3-story home (including basement) 4 bedrooms 4 bathrooms

Schedule & Pay:

• Once per week, 8 hours per visit (We are flexible and can also split this into two days of 4 hours each)
• Weekdays (Monday–Friday)
• $20–$25 per hour, depending on experience
• Paid weekly or biweekly (flexible)

Responsibilities:

• Dusting shelves, furniture, and all reachable surfaces
• Wiping down countertops, tables, stove, and kitchen backsplash, as well as other surface areas
• Vacuuming all floors, including hard floors and rugs/carpets
• Mopping hard floors
• Cleaning bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and mirrors

- Laundry for two adults and one child, including: Washing, drying, folding, and putting away clothing Changing and laundering bedsheets Washing and folding towels Trial Period We will begin with a two-week paid trial period to ensure a good fit for both sides before moving forward long-term. What We’re Looking For:

• Prior housekeeping experience preferred, especially in larger homes
• Strong attention to detail and cleanliness
• Non-smoker
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy
• Comfortable working independently
