**Responsibilities:**
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive at the restaurant. - Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently. - Provide menus and inform customers of wait times. - Answer phone calls and respond to customer inquiries. - Maintain cleanliness and organization of the entrance and waiting area.
**Qualifications:**
- Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred but not required.
- Basic knowledge of dining etiquette and restaurant operations.
