As a Hospice Music Therapist, you will be called to care when you're needed most. As part of Interim HealthCare, you'll provide effective and efficient patient care in accordance with accepted standards of music therapy practice, Interim HealthCare Hospice policies and in accordance with law and regulation.

As a Hospice M usic Therapist , you wil l:

• Design musical interventions based on therapeutic goals to improve clients' psychological, physical, and social health with a focus on a hospice and palliative care approach.
• Communicates with the IDG regarding the patient's condition/status and progress toward goals.
• Completes and submits accurate and timely documentation of music therapy services provided.
• Fulfills the obligation of requested and/or accepted case assignments.
• Provides in-services and/or education to the hospice IDG as appropriate.
• Completes other assignments as requested and assigned.

To qualify for a Hospic e Massage Therapist with us, you will need :

• Current unrestricted license to practice as a Music Therapist in the state associated with this position required.
• One (1) year of professional practical experience or as required per local, state, or federal regulations.
