Job Title: High Reach Forklift Operator

Job Description

Join a leading distributor of commercial and industrial hoses, including thermoplastic, rubber, and metal hose products, as well as accessories like couplings and fittings. We are seeking experienced Forklift Operators for our location in Carlisle, PA to operate sit down and reach trucks for the 1st shift, Monday to Friday from 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM.

Responsibilities

• Operate sit down and reach trucks efficiently and safely.
• Handle inventory tasks such as receiving and picking.
• Utilize RF scanners for inventory management.
• Perform general labor tasks as needed.
• Participate in an in-person interview and successfully complete a lift test prior to starting.

Essential Skills

• Minimum 1 year of experience operating sit down and reach trucks.
• Proficiency in inventory handling and material management.
• Experience with RF scanners and general labor tasks.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

• Experience in order picking is preferred.
• Ability to work well in a smaller team environment.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Carlisle, Pennsylvania.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $22.00/hr.
