We’re partnering with a fast-paced, growing organization to hire an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to support expanding talent acquisition efforts across critical healthcare and operations roles.

Compensation:
$70,000 – $90,000 base salary + potential bonus

Position Overview:
This role leads high-volume recruiting for positions including healthcare professionals, drivers, shift supervisors, operations managers, and directors. Success in this role requires grit, strong follow-up, and a passion for talent acquisition in a fast-moving environment.

Key Responsibilities :

• Own full-cycle recruiting across multiple roles and locations
• Conduct daily candidate outreach, screening, and interviews
• Coordinate interviews with internal leadership
• Manage candidates through offer stage and onboarding
• Track performance using daily KPIs
• Collaborate with temp and offshore recruiting support

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of direct recruiting experience
• Strong preference for healthcare and/or operations recruiting backgrounds
• Proven success managing high candidate volume
• Exceptional organization, follow-up, and communication skills
