Healthcare Compliance Officer 

LHH Recruitment Solutions is hiring a Healthcare Compliance Officer for our client located in Fort Atkinson. This position will be a direct hire opportunity, and 100% full-time, onsite. 

This position will be focused on overseeing the privacy, compliance, and management of the HIM team. In addition to being knowledgable of coding, health information management, HIPPA, and risk analysis, this individual will need to have strong leadership skills and ability to develop a team. 

Requirements 

• Bachelor's Degree required 
• Minimum 5 years healthcare management 
• Knowledge of HIPPA and healthcare compliance 

Skills 

• Proven ability to lead a team and develop others 
• Able to well under pressure and meet deadlines 
• Strong communication skills and ability to work well with a wide array of individuals
• Ability to create and implement workflows to find better process improvements 

Pay Details: $100,000.00 to $150,000.00 per year
