Do you have a strong desire to assist others in achieving their personal fitness goals? Then you're just the person we're searching for as our next Nutrition and Lifestyle Coach at our busy fitness studio! We're looking for a self-motivated, highly energetic professional who understands the nutritional needs of a wide range of people, from clients who want to lose weight to those who are building muscle for athletic pursuits. The ideal candidate will have a background in sports or fitness and nutrition as well as a service-oriented attitude. We've recently built out and moved into a brand new facility and have put a huge emphasis on delivering the highest level of service and accountability in fitness in the area, including providing nutrition coaching to all of our new clients!
Compensation:$35 - $40 hourly
Responsibilities:3xF is a growing boutique fitness studio offering group training, personal training, nutrition coaching, body composition analysis, specialty courses, and more.
All of our group fitness clients are onboarded through 1-on-1 personal training and assessments from our Level Method MAP. Our program and client journey are designed to recognize progress and create bright spots such as gym anniversary dates, class milestones, referrals, and, of course, increases in strength, stamina, and endurance.
Our group training program is a mix of barbell training, cardio, and skill work with a strong emphasis on functional bodybuilding.
The vision of 3xF is to intimately know and serve 150 families and make better husbands, wives, mothers, and fathers. We want to provide an all-encompassing solution that leads to healthier family units that promote generational health and wellness.
