Handyman / Maintenance Tech, Full Time, $30 - $45/hr.

We are looking for additional extremely well-rounded and competent handymen to join our team. You must be able to do most of the trades very well and of exceptional quality in a timely fashion.

Salary: $30 - $45/hr.

You need to be:

• A genuine person, a person who is proud and honest.
• A person who is a people person and gets along with people well.
• Have great hygiene and be well-groomed.
• No chronic substance abuse issues.
• Chronically on time.
• Be able to independently complete handyman jobs to high standards without supervision.

Requirements: 

• Must have a complete set of tools in order to complete all assigned handyman jobs.
• Must have reliable transportation (truck/van) that is in good physical condition.
• Must be able to speak fluent English in order to interact with clients well.
• Must be able to legally work in the US.
• Must be able to pass a background check.
