Job Description

The General Production Worker is responsible for assisting in the manufacturing and assembly of doors by applying door skins to wood and performing other essential tasks in a production environment. The ideal candidate will operate machinery, inspect products, and handle materials to ensure high-quality doors are produced efficiently and safely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate both small and large machinery in the production of doors.
• Work on the door assembly line, contributing to the construction and assembly of doors.
• Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards.
• Machine doors for hardware installation as required.
• Prepare and handle materials for production processes.
• Stage and package finished products for delivery.
• Perform general warehouse duties as needed, such as organizing work areas and equipment.
• Maintain a clean and orderly workspace while adhering to all safety protocols.

Preferred Experience:

• Previous experience in commercial woodworking, including doors, millwork, or cabinets.
• Experience working in a manufacturing or warehouse environment.
• General knowledge of building materials and production processes.
• Ability to perform basic math and use hand-held measuring tools.
