Job Opportunity: Full Stack Web Developer

We are seeking a Full-Stack Web Developer to join our team on a contract basis and help bring our e-commerce website redesign to life!

About the Role:

In this role, you will take ownership of implementing website designs created by our in-house team as part of a comprehensive rebuild of our existing e-commerce platform. We plan to redesign the site using WordPress and WooCommerce , with your primary focus on coding and development—not graphic design or marketing.

Additionally, you will handle data entry tasks , which involve uploading product information to the redesigned website. This is a large-scale project, with thousands of products to list, so we anticipate the project will take several months or more to complete.

Key Responsibilities:

• Translate design layouts into fully functional, responsive websites.
• Develop and maintain website functionality using industry-standard coding practices.
• Collaborate with our team to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
• Perform data entry, including uploading product details to the website.
• Work with WordPress and WooCommerce to implement designs and manage content.

Qualifications:

• Education :
  • Strongly Preferred : Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science , Computer Engineering , Computer Science Engineering (CSE) , or a closely related, development-focused field. 
  • Alternatively, demonstrated experience in software development , coding , and website maintenance will also be considered in place of formal education. 
• Experience:  
  • Experience with WordPress and WooCommerce is preferred but not required .
• Skills :
  • Proficiency in coding and development practices. 
  • Familiarity with WordPress and WooCommerce is a plus but not mandatory.
