About the Role:

The Front Desk Agent at Port Angeles Hotel plays a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere for guests and ensuring their needs are met throughout their stay. This position is responsible for managing reservations, checking guests in and out, and providing information about the hotel and local attractions. Minimum Qualifications:

  • Handle guest complaints and resolve issues promptly to ensure a positive experience.
  • Maintain accurate records of guest information and transactions in the hotel management system.
