Responsibilities Do you have experience operating forklifts in a manufacturing environment and looking to grow your career? If so, look no further. Forklift Operator - HIRING IMMEDIATELY - Franklin Park, Park, IL Compensation - Starting rate of $15.00 - $17.00 an hour (Based on experience) plus $1.50 shift premium for nights
Available Shift Essential Duties and Responsibilities - Responsible for the receipt of all finished products
- Safely operate all material handling equipment including forklifts and pallet movers
- Support the materials handling process for production related materials
- Maintain an orderly and organized warehouse
- Develop, revise, and review documentation for all materials related activities
- Weighs pallets and scrap when applicable
- Shrink wrap finished products and setup floor warehouse pickup
- Examines finished pallets before pickup and distributes materials
Qualifications - High School diploma or equivalent.
- Eligible to work in the United States.
- Successful completion of pre-employment background and drug screen.
- Stable work history; six months experience in a manufacturing environment or other physical labor job is strongly preferred.
- Ability to work 12-hour day and night rotating shifts
- Work overtime as required.
- Satisfactorily completes training courses as determined by management.
- Ability perform the essential functions of the job with or without accommodation.
