Role Overview:

Creating solutions for everything from dining and nutrition to facilities maintenance and rehabilitative services, Sodexo partners with government agencies and military organizations to improve people’s quality of life and make a positive impact.

 

Sodexo is seeking a  Food Production Manager  for  the United States Marine Corps Dining Facility 740 located in  Parris Island, SC. This unit is comprised of a sub-partner management team and variety of sub partner employees as front of the house employees and a great team of Sodexo back of the house employees.

What You'll Do:

• have oversight of day-to-day BOH operations;  
• deliver high quality food service;  
• develop and maintain client and customer relationships;  
• create a positive environment;   and/or
• ensure Sodexo standards are met.

What You Bring:

• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively; 
• have the ability the ability to prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed; 
• have culinary production experience and a strong background in safety and sanitation compliance; 
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service;
