PepsiCo Romania is looking for YOU – the greatest young potential leader .  The successful  FirstGen PepsiCo Graduates will get the opportunity to develop their commercial awareness by spending time in each of the PepsiCo commercial functions,  through an accelerated rotation journey (2 ,6 years), ultimately progressing their careers in an area of expertise that best suits their attributes and those of the business. 

We are looking for enthusiastic  Future Leaders to join the Commercial team based in  Bucharest starting 1 st of July 2025 . Apply until end of April 2025!

All we ask is: 

• To be in the final year of Bachelor,  Master’s student or even a young professional with maximum 3 years of professional experience ;
• Full time job availability;
• Driver's licence and love being on the go; 
• Strong English knowledge;
• Prove an entrepreneurial thinking and creative mind ;
• A team player, who builds their network naturally ;
• Like to take initiative pro-actively, prone to work independently and  isn’t afraid of challenges ;
• Focused on results, with enthusiasm and a positive attitude ;
• Extracurricular experience abroad or (voluntary) work- extracurricular activities;
