This is a Long Term Contract Role.

Working Schedule: Monday - Friday 8am to 5pm

We are currently seeking to hire a Firmware Engineer to become an integral part of our development team! You will design and test operating systems-level software and network distribution software.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain embedded firmware for wireless communication systems.
• Implement and optimize digital signal processing (DSP) algorithms for embedded components.
• Develop and integrate wireless technologies, including radios, antennas, and transmitters .
• Conduct testing, troubleshooting, and debugging to ensure performance and reliability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to deliver robust, production-ready solutions.
• Utilize version control and source management tools such as GitHub and Azure DevOps to manage code and workflow.

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in embedded firmware/embedded software development.
• Proficiency in C and C++ programming for embedded systems.
• DSP experience with proven ability to integrate algorithms into firmware.
• Experience in wireless system development , including radios, antennas, and transmitters.
• Proficiency with software management tools (GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar) .
• Strong debugging, problem-solving, and testing skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Background in industrial technology or similar environments.
• Prior experience with low-power, small-component embedded devices.
