Our client is a private investment firm combining capital, strategic insight, and engineering capabilities to build and scale complex businesses. They manage diverse asset strategies and collaborate closely with portfolio companies on operational, simulation, and engineering infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Conduct in-depth financial analysis highlighting key trends, risks, and opportunities for the business
• Develop and maintain robust financial models and reporting systems to provide timely, accurate, and actionable information to key stakeholders
• Enable business visibility through robust analysis and presentation
• Lead strategic and financial planning
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and procedures and maintain a framework for risk management and control
• Ensure continuous adherence to annual planning and budgeting process, working closely with department heads to establish financial targets and metrics
• Provide guidance on multi-year strategic planning, working closely with department heads to establish enterprise goals, departmental strategies, and financial plans

Requirements

• Bachelors degree in finance or accounting
• 7-12 years of FP&A experience within private equity, investment banking, and/or credit banking
• Experience with system implementations and strong project management skills
• Experience working on portfolio company or group-level financial analysis
• Experience managing a team across multiple geographic locations is a must

Salary Range

$230,000-$295,000
