Job Details
We are seeking an experienced Family Medicine Physician to join our dynamic medical team. As a Family Physician, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive medical care to patients of all ages. You will work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure the best possible outcomes for our patients. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.
Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat a wide range of medical conditions for patients of all ages
Develop and implement treatment plans in collaboration with patients and their families
Conduct physical exams, order and interpret diagnostic tests, and prescribe medications
Provide preventative care, health education, and counseling to patients and their families
Document patient care in electronic medical records and maintain accurate and up-to-date patient information
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including nurses, pharmacists, and specialists, to ensure coordinated and effective patient care
Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuing education to maintain clinical competency and stay up-to-date with the latest medical advances
Qualifications:
Medical doctor degree from an accredited institution
Board certification in Family Medicine
Active Indiana medical license
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Family Medicine Physician
Excellent clinical skills and ability to provide compassionate and patient-centered care
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work collaboratively in a team-based environment
Commitment to ongoing professional development and quality improvement initiatives
