Seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join a growing outpatient team in Central New Jersey. This position offers:

40 clinical hours per week
Flexible weekday schedules: 4x10-hour or 5x8-hour shifts
Saturday rotation: ~1 in 6
Home call: ~1 in 9
Outpatient only, no inpatient or hospital rounding
Provide comprehensive primary and urgent care to patients of all ages
Deliver preventive care, chronic disease management, and women's health services
Collaborate with multidisciplinary specialists to ensure continuity of care
Maintain accurate documentation using dictation (M-Modal) and/or scribe support
Utilize telehealth to manage patient needs between visits
Lead with integrity, initiative, and commitment to a patient-first philosophy
Board-Certified or Board-Eligible in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine
Active New Jersey Medical License, CDS, and DEA
Excellent bedside and webside manner
Strong technical proficiency and EMR familiarity
Background, reference, and malpractice clearance required
J-1 waiver eligible
