Looking to stay active and keep your skills sharp? We're a fast-growing company in need of a Part-Time Facility Handyman to help us maintain our building and grounds in Stewartsville, NJ. This is a great opportunity for a retired tradesperson or someone handy who enjoys variety in their day and takes pride in a job well done.
What You'll Do:
Take care of basic facility upkeep - fixing things before they break and keeping everything in working order.
Handle general maintenance tasks like changing light bulbs, touching up paint, tightening loose fixtures, moving furniture, or basic carpentry and plumbing work.
Keep our space tidy: sweep, mop, vacuum, clean restrooms, and help keep the kitchen stocked and organized.
Keep tools and equipment in good shape and make sure supplies are well-stocked.
Haul trash and recycling as needed and help manage occasional snow removal or seasonal projects.
Be the go-to person for small repair jobs and day-to-day facility needs.
Operate a forklift and haul a trailer when needed (must have a valid driver's license).
Keep an eye out for issues and report anything that needs professional attention.
What We're Looking For:
You enjoy working with your hands and like to stay busy.
You're reliable, take pride in your work, and have a good eye for detail.
You're comfortable with basic tools and don't mind getting your hands dirty.
You're physically able to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for most of the day.
Forklift experience is a plus, but we're willing to train.
Schedule & Perks:
Monday to Friday with occasional weekend needs.

Work Environment:
This is a hands-on role with a lot of movement - lifting, carrying, and light repair work is all part of the day.
You'll be working in a warehouse and shop environment - some dust, noise, and temperature changes are expected.
