What Were Looking For:

• Minimum 5 years of skilled carpentry, gutter installation, or exterior construction experience.
• A positive attitude and strong customer service mindset.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Comfort working outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Willingness to work overtime when needed.
• Valid drivers license (must be 18+).
• Previous gutter installation experience and passion for craftsmanship is a huge plus!

What Youll Do:

• Install seamless gutters, gutter guards, downspouts, and specialty gutter systems.
• Lead by example on the job site while delivering top-quality craftsmanship.
• Interact professionally with clients and team members.
• Grow into a leadership role with support, training, and mentorship.

Compensation:

• $100,000 $150,000 annually (salary commensurate with experience and performance).
• Clear, performance-based raises and promotions through our skills ladder program.
