ENTERPRISE RISK MANAGEMENT SR. AUDITOR We are currently searching for an Enterprise Risk Management (ERM) Sr. Auditor who is passionate about ERM. We are looking for candidates comfortable explaining sophisticated ideas simply and understandably. This role will have you meeting regularly with company leadership and building relationships with key contributors. Given the importance of ERM, this role offers exciting opportunities for professional growth and contribution to strategic enterprise initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in working with company leaders and assisting them in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks across their organization. You will work closely with various departments to ensure that risk management practices are integrated into the company's strategic and operational processes. This role will also be assigned special risk management advisory or assurance reviews, making it important for the candidate to easily navigate between the ERM and auditor role with the same level of proficiency in both fields. RESPONSIBILITIES AND TASKS + Partner with leaders across various departments to enhance risk management activities. + Develop collaborative relationships with various levels of management across the company to build and maintain risk management ownership and accountability. + Lead and conduct risk assessment activities, risk-based audit reviews, consulting and special projects. + Collaborate and assist process owners on identifying potential risks. + Evaluate the company's risk environment and controls, assist in identifying complimentary activities to mitigate risk. + Supervise and analyze risks associated with market trends, business operations, and regulatory changes. + Facilitate and assist in conducting annual business process owner self-assessments. + Accumulate, analyze, and summarize data that will be presented to the Company's Risk Council, CEO Staff, and Board of Directors. + Participate in preparing for and presenting results to senior management and partners. + Continuously seek opportunities to automate and develop tools and standard methodologies that assist in the administ To view full details and how to apply, please login or create a Job Seeker account
