Job Description

Position: Entry Level Full-Cycle Recruiter

Location: Richmond, VA (Hybrid)

Duration: Full-time

Shift: US Eastern Time Zone (8:00 AM - 5:00 PM)

We seek a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Industrial/Manufacturing Recruiter. In this role, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various positions within the industrial and manufacturing sectors. You will work closely with the Account Manager to understand the hiring manager's staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent.

Responsibilities:

  • Utilize various sourcing methods (job boards, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates for industrial and manufacturing positions
  • Screen resumes and conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific roles
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
  • Conduct reference checks and background checks as needed
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)
  • Assist with drafting job descriptions and posting job openings on relevant platforms
  • Build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and other stakeholders
  • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in recruiting
  • Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to attract talent
  • Provide administrative support to the recruitment team as needed

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of recent experience in full-cycle recruiting, HR, or customer service is required
  • 2 - 3 years of experience directly recruiting for Industrial/Manufacturing requirements is a must
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is a plus - particularly Bullhorn
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Openness to immediate process changes
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
  • Passion for learning and willingness to develop new skills
