Key Characteristics: Possession of a Bachelor's degree in engineering, coupled with over a decade of hands-on experience in manufacturing settings. Proven track record in directly managing engineering teams within manufacturing environments, showcasing consistent high-performance outcomes. In-depth familiarity with thermal manufacturing processes, spanning both manual and automated equipment. Proficiency in Glass to Metal Sealing (GTMS) techniques and High Temperature Co-fired Ceramics (HTCC), underscoring a comprehensive grasp of advanced manufacturing technologies.
