Job Description

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking an Electrician to join their team. As an Electrician, you will be part of the maintenance department supporting the facility. The ideal candidate will have attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Electrician

Location: Canonsburg, PA

Pay Range: $23.95/hr. (Swing) (5a-1:30p & 1:30p-10p)

What's the Job?

• Perform electrical work in the maintenance, repair, and installation of a wide variety of machinery and electrical control apparatus throughout the facility.
• Follow electrical code, manuals, schematics, blueprints, and other specifications, using hand tools, power tools, and electrical and electronic test equipment.
• Prepare requisition for materials and supplies.
• Prepare sketches showing the location of wiring and equipment.
• Keep work area safe, neat, and clean.

What's Needed?

• High School Diploma or GED
• Must pass electrical test.
• Ability to lift and/or move up to 60 pounds.
• Close vision, distance vision, color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
• Moderate to heavy physical exertion.
