Job Overview:
We are currently hiring Apprentice, Journeyman, and Master Electricians for a reputable company located on the Northwest side of Indianapolis. This is a direct hire opportunity offering competitive pay, a strong safety culture, and long-term career growth.
Pay Ranges:
Apprentice (1 2 years experience): $23.00 $28.00/hr
Journeyman (3 4 years experience): $30.00 $36.00/hr
Master Electrician (Team Lead): $37.00 $46.00/hr
Responsibilities:
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems and components
Read blueprints and technical diagrams
Ensure work meets NEC and local electrical codes
Follow all OSHA and safety regulations
Lead and train junior team members (Master level)
Troubleshoot system failures or hazards
Use power and hand tools safely and correctly
Requirements:
Apprentice: 1 2 years of relevant hands-on experience or currently enrolled in a program
Journeyman: 3 4 years of experience + local journeyman license preferred
Master: Journeyman experience plus supervisory/lead role background
Must pass E-Verify
Reliable transportation to the job site
High school diploma or GED required
