Positions are limited to working up to 29 hours a week and may vary throughout the year. Incumbents may be required to work week-day hours, two evenings a week, and Saturdays. Minimum Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent required. College degree preferred. Experience working with students in a higher education environment. Knowledge of on-line testing and Blackboard procedures, and use of Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred. Must have excellent communication skills, computer and customer service skills; be able to work in a fast paced, diverse, and occasionally stressful environment. Applicants must also have the ability to work a flexible schedule at either the Chester or Midlothian campuses and accept related duties as assigned in a relatively unsupervised capacity. Successful completion and passing of a background check is required for employment. Preferred Qualifications College degree preferred. Experience working with students in a higher education environment. Knowledge of online testing and LMS procedures, and use of Microsoft Office applications strongly preferred.
