Dispatcher | Remote

Temp-to-Hire Opportunity

Starting Pay: $15

Shift(s): 1 st shift

Requirements & Skills:

·High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

·Basic computer skills preferred.

·Strong written and oral communication skills.

·Excellent interpersonal skills suitable to dealing with the public are necessary.

·Ability to work successfully in a fast-paced environment.

·Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, holidays and overtime as required

Primary Duties Include:

·Track and monitor technician job statuses within time frames and adjust workload when necessary.

·Communicate with technicians regarding timeframe misses, swapping jobs, canceling or rescheduling jobs via chat or phone.

·Communicate issues or concerns to supervisors.

·Access and input information in the customer’s database.

·Perform post-calls to customers and contact customers to see if they want their appointment.

·moved ahead of schedule.

·May prepare reports, track information, or perform other similar duties as requested.
