Fincons Group is looking for a Director of Product to lead our Platform Experience (PX) team. The ideal candidate will drive product vision, enhance client experiences, and manage cross-functional teams to deliver successful digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Define and manage the product roadmap.
2. Launch features that improve user experience and product discovery.
3. Collaborate with stakeholders to align product strategies.
4. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and data to guide product development.
5. Promote data-driven decision-making across the organization.
6. Provide insights to optimize B2B marketing campaigns.

Qualifications:

1. Master’s degree in technology or business-related field.
2. 10+ years of product management experience.
3. 5+ years of experience launching digital products.
4. Strong data analysis and storytelling skills.
5. Expertise in Agile methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

1. Experience in the media and entertainment industry.
2. Proven ability to lead and innovate in product development.
3. Familiarity with mobile and multi-platform products.

Hourly Rate: $70-120/hr
