Job Description

The Director of Marketing and Communications supports each phase of Maryhurst's communication output, from fundraising and awareness strategy and executive for programs to consultation on public affairs, multimedia storytelling, internal culture, and more.

What you'll be doing...

• Support annual fundraising activities
• Maintain platforms and communication tools that can enhance the employee experience
• Direct and coach communication deputies
• Manage the media landscape via earned medical partners vendor
• Advance Maryhurst priorities in the realm of program funding and public sector relationships

If you can do all that, you have what it takes. It might help if you have...

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• At least 3 years of related experience
• Must be available for local, state, and national travel as required
• Proficient with social media publisher technology (Hootsuite), Adobe Creative Suite and Canva, Microsoft Office 365, and Drupal and/or Wordpress
• Ability to design graphic communication materials that quickly showcase important facets of the Agency
• Must possess a valid driver's license and be eligible to drive per the Maryhurst driving policy; must be available for local, state, and national travel as required
