About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and influential  Director of Food Safety  to join our forward-thinking organization. Our team is dedicated to transformational change and innovation, and we need a charismatic coach and mentor to lead us into the future of food safety.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and implementation of food safety systems that align with Industry 4.0 and AI technologies.
• Act as a change agent and catalyst for innovation within the organization.
• Foster a high-energy, hands-on work environment that encourages team collaboration and growth.
• Coach and mentor team members, embodying the principles of servant leadership.
