Key Responsibilities Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies Build and maintain relationships with key enterprise clients and strategic partners Create and optimize pricing strategies across different market segments Identify new market opportunities and potential product applications Work closely with the product team to ensure market needs are reflected in our roadmap Build and manage a scalable sales process Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to inform business strategy Required Qualifications 7+ years of business development or sales experience in B2B SaaS or data analytics Proven track record of closing enterprise deals and achieving revenue targets Strong understanding of enterprise sales cycles and contract negotiations Excellent presentation and communication skills Experience with CRM systems and sales analytics tools Strategic thinking with ability to translate market insights into actionable plans Preferred Qualifications Experience in real estate technology or investment platforms Network within the real estate investment community Background in data analytics or technology sales MBA or relevant advanced degree $75,000 - $200,000 a year We're looking for a strategic Business Development Director to spearhead our revenue growth initiatives.
