Position: Director, Risk and Compliance Services Join our National Security Advisory services team. We deliver risk advisory and compliance solutions based on risk management standards and technical expertise. Note: This role is hybrid or remote, with occasional travel to offices or client sites. Responsibilities include: Conduct third-party monitoring and auditing of mitigation agreements related to national security; NSA experience is a plus. Manage client relationships, tailoring engagements to client needs. Lead client engagements, developing strategies and delivering solutions. Oversee priorities, budgets, and staff development during engagements. Participate in business development, including identifying opportunities and responding to RFPs. Ensure work scope aligns with USG National Security interests. Analyze company mitigation of national security risks, interacting with external counsel and USG agencies. Assess clients' national security posture, compliance with frameworks like NSAs, SCAs, NIST, COSO. Maintain expertise in frameworks including IT governance, risk, and compliance. Develop NSA compliance policies, communication plans, security programs, and POAMs. Occasional extended hours or travel may be required. Basic Qualifications: 15+ years cybersecurity experience. Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, Computer Science, MIS, or related field; CISSP/CISM or equivalent security certification. 10+ years USG experience, preferably with FBI or related agencies. Preferred Qualifications: Master’s degree or J.D. Strong knowledge of NIST and ISMS frameworks. Willingness to travel domestically and overseas.
